Schedule a consultation (FaceTime, Google Meet, Zoom, in-person, or phone).

Receive design mockups created just for you.

Approve your mockups before production begins.

Pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

Order creation begins – with ongoing updates and consultation throughout.

Final approval: Photos and videos of your order will be shared with you.

Pay the remaining 50% balance.

Delivery/collection/shipping of your customised favours! 🎁 (Cost of shipping will be confirmed during consultation)

To help us plan and deliver your customised order on time, please review our production timelines:

Up to 10 items: 1 week lead time

11–20 items: 2 weeks lead time

21+ items: 3 weeks lead time
Lead times begin once your design mockup has been approved. If your event date is sooner than the timelines listed above, please reach out before placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate a rush request.
